SERVINGS: 12 FLUFFY PANCAKES
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp culinary grade matcha
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Maple syrup and berries for topping
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, matcha, sugar, and baking powder.
2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
6. Serve with maple syrup and fresh berries for a breakfast that’s as delicious as it is Instagram-worthy.
