Matcha Latte

 



Ingredients:

- 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha

- 2 oz hot water (not boiling)

- 6 oz milk (dairy or plant-based)

- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

 

Instructions:

1. Sift the matcha into a bowl to remove any clumps.

2. Add hot water and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until frothy.

3. Heat the milk and froth it using a frother or by shaking it in a jar.

4. Pour the frothy milk into the matcha, sweeten if desired, and enjoy!
